Ramen Takara began at the foot of Mt. Fuji, where our executive chef Yuki learned the craft in her father’s bustling ramen shop, Hōchinrō.
Since opening in 2007, we’ve brought those traditions to Aotearoa — blending authentic Japanese flavours with fresh local ingredients and Kiwi hospitality.
We use locally sourced produce to create rich, flavourful ramen and sides, made fresh to order.
